Come and join me at the lovely local pub, The Foxglove and learn how to make a beautifully textured Christmas wreath with fresh moss and foliage and a fabulous selection of accessories and ribbons.
Each session lasts approximately 2 hours and all materials, tools and friendly tuition is included. Groups are kept small to ensure you get as much (or as little!) help as you might need. Light refreshments will be provided, but other drinks will need to be purchased from the bar. These sessions are incredibly popular and always sell out quickly!
Why not make a special occasion of it and come along with some friends, make your wreaths in the wonderfully festive atmosphere and then enjoy a meal and some drinks in the bar? Booking directly with the pub is essential if you want to book a table for a meal. The pub is a ‘Vintage Inn’, renowned for its warm welcome, delicious food and friendly atmosphere. If the weather is cold, there is a beautiful large open fire.
Your fresh wreath displayed outdoors will last for at least 3 to 5 weeks – much longer if the weather is cold and damp and if you follow the care instructions I will give in the workshop session. Some foliage’s dry really well and retain their beauty even as they fade and some of last years wreath customers told me they kept their Christmas wreaths up until February as they stayed so beautiful.
